    MY PROBLEM IS I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER. I PLACED AN ORDER ON 3/2/2014. CONFORMATION # 243524384. CHARGED TO MY AMX CARD. ITEM PURCHASED IS AN ATOMS RX FOR $69. SO FAR I CAN'T GET ANYONE TO RESPOND TO ME IN ANY FORM. I REALLY THOUGHT GROUPON WAS A BETTER COMPANY.

    My battery appears defective as well on my brand new purchase. How can this get replaced? When charging the red led light, flashes back and forth to green, then stays on green. Then the atmos is flashing 10 times and shuts off. Please help.

    I have the same issue as ed bunnel, but with my Atmos nano. My thread for the oil piece doesn't screw on all the way and it leaks. Can I have a replacement sent to me?
